What should I expect as a first-time client?
You can expect your dog to have our full attention during their appointment. When you get to the studio, we'll greet and show you around and confirm the services you want. From there, we'll begin the grooming process, and text/call you along the way so you can expect when to return for pick up.
First-time clients/pets will need to fill out our consent form which will be emailed upon first booking request.
Will be dog be safe and fully looked after?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on reserving the studio for one dog at a time only (with the exception for siblings!). Our studio is air conditioned, fully enclosed (with a fence also on the outside to protect the escape artists!), and filled with toys, treats, clean water bowls, and cozy beds for comfort. Your dog will never be crated!
How do you accept payment?
Payments for services and tips are accepting via cash, check, and Venmo.
Do I need to bring anything for my dog to their appointment?
No need! Unless they have a comfort toy or allergy-specific treats.
